Product Description

Rubber lined piping for flue gas desulfurization systems, handling limestone slurry, gypsum slurry and acidic scrubber media. The wet, chlorate-containing environment in FGD plants attacks bare steel rapidly; a properly selected rubber lining resists both the chemistry and the abrasive slurry. We supply straight spools, elbows, tees and reducers as a matched FGD piping package, spark-tested before shipment.

Which rubber should I choose for slurry service?

For abrasive slurry such as mine tailings or dredging sand, soft natural rubber is usually the starting point — its resilience absorbs particle impact. For hotter media above about 80 °C, butyl or EPDM grades are recommended. Send us your medium data for a specific suggestion.

What is your minimum order quantity?

One spool is enough to start, and trial orders are welcome. For special fittings or relining service, MOQ may vary by item — send us your requirement for confirmation.

How long is the delivery time?

Normally 20–35 days after receiving the deposit, depending on lining area and specification. Production schedule can be confirmed before order placement.

How do you control the lining quality?

Every lined spool is 100% spark-tested (pinhole detection), with lining thickness and hardness measured and adhesion checked. Test records are available to customers.

Which ports do you ship from?

Tianjin Port is the nearest port. Qingdao and Shanghai are also available. We handle export documentation and can quote FOB, CFR or CIF terms.
