Steel pipe lined with soft natural rubber for abrasive and corrosive media. The elastic NR layer absorbs the impact of solid particles and protects the steel wall, giving the pipeline a service life far beyond bare steel in slurry duty. Lining thickness, hardness and vulcanization method are selected per project medium and temperature. Every spool is spark-tested for pinholes before delivery.

Which rubber should I choose for slurry service?

For abrasive slurry such as mine tailings or dredging sand, soft natural rubber is usually the starting point — its resilience absorbs particle impact. For hotter media above about 80 °C, butyl or EPDM grades are recommended. Send us your medium data for a specific suggestion.

What is your minimum order quantity?

One spool is enough to start, and trial orders are welcome. For special fittings or relining service, MOQ may vary by item — send us your requirement for confirmation.

How long is the delivery time?

Normally 20–35 days after receiving the deposit, depending on lining area and specification. Production schedule can be confirmed before order placement.

How do you control the lining quality?

Every lined spool is 100% spark-tested (pinhole detection), with lining thickness and hardness measured and adhesion checked. Test records are available to customers.

Which ports do you ship from?

Tianjin Port is the nearest port. Qingdao and Shanghai are also available. We handle export documentation and can quote FOB, CFR or CIF terms.
